The Elder Scrolls Online mini DUMP!

For over the past three years I've been working on the Elder Scrolls Online and its nice to finally share some  of this work. Here's just a few previously released concept art work that I did for TESO. Some are new, some are old and some are really old. There's a lot more artwork, videos wallpapers and info on the official website. Check it out!

Hopefully more to come in the future!

Character design process

Here are some images I created as a demo for my concept art class showing a simple character design process -starting with nothing in mind and ending up with unique character and story.

Silhouettes.

Character silhouettes. Creating fast and simple design ideas using little effort.

Variants.

Full Value thumbs based on my favorite silhouettes. Then with one selected I created a final color thumb and began building on the character's design and story.

Final.

With the basic design, values and color figured out it is ready to start being polished.

Some free time experiments

I spend a majority of my free time experimenting with different processes and studies and I rarely show them but I think I might be onto something here. I might elaborate on the process of incorporate it into my normal workflow or maybe it would make a nice series of figurative work... maybe.

forest stroll

just a night time quickie.

Caves: 6 quick Thumbnails

Something I had done a while ago. Paint 6 thumbs in under 20 minutes each. I kept it black and white so that I only focus on value and composition. This was great practice for getting ideas down quickly.
